Our artisan, small batch production practices ensure that you receive freshly made products, formulated, produced and packaged in Australia.
Is Freec environmentally friendly?
Part of the Freec, free from crap philosophy, is working towards being waste free.
We use compostable and glass packaging and create luxury, long lasting skincare tools such as microfibre cloths and stainless steel gua sha in an effort to remove single use and short term use items from your bathroom.
The Freec Zero Waste program means that you will never create any waste from your skincare routine again.
Your Freec Skincare will arrive packed in a fully compostable mailing box sealed with compostable paper tape.
When you open your box you will find your glass bottles of Freec-ishly good skincare along with a QR code that you can scan to get all of the information you would usually see on paper inserts.
Freec bottles are made from Miron glass which is not only recyclable and reusable, but also provides protective and preservative properties for the product inside, extending the life of your skincare.
Once you have emptied your bottles you can use our Zero Waste Program to return your bottles.
Returned bottles are checked for faults then properly cleaned and sanitised before re-entering our production chain, effectively creating a circular, zero waste model.
Any part of the packaging that is damaged or needs replacing is properly broken into its separate parts and recycled.
Our dropper bottles currently have a plastic screw cap and rubber dropper. While the plastic is 100% recyclable, we are still looking for an even better option. In the meantime we break apart and recycle what we can't re-use.
Our goal is to not only make amazing skincare that is Freec-ishly good for your skin, but also good the planet. We aren't perfect but we are committed to keep getting better.
